CLEAN and FLX Strong need to fund their lawsuit against the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) as well as TeraWulf, Inc., Cayuga Operating Company, LLC, Lake Hawkeye LLC and Fred Delfavero. In the suit, we are seeking judicial review in the State Supreme Court of New York (located in Ithaca) of the ZBA’s 3 to 2 vote on December 22nd, 2025, by which the ZBA narrowly approved the respondents’ appeal that a proposed TeraWulf data center did qualify as a “general processing facility.
