CLEAN and FLX Strong are seeking donations to fund the fight against proposed AI Data center. This includes funding needed for our lawsuit against the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) as well as TeraWulf, Inc., Cayuga Operating Company, LLC, Lake Hawkeye LLC and Fred Delfavero. In the suit, we are seeking judicial review in the State Supreme Court of New York (located in Ithaca) of the ZBA’s 3 to 2 vote on December 22nd, 2025, by which the ZBA narrowly approved the respondents’ appeal that a proposed TeraWulf data center did qualify as a “general processing facility.”

Additionally, funds are sought for consultant fees, organizing and educational efforts and other direct expenses for this effort. Your unrestricted donation will be used where needed most.
